Hi, I have been going to Birkdale Essential Health Physiotherapy now for a few months. I have 2 bad shoulders and a torn bicep, which I have had for a very long time and the pain has been so bad that I have had depression, something that I thought I would never have. I had trouble putting on clothes, shirt, bra and not being able to lift things, plates etc into the top cupboards. Problem trying to dry yourself off after a shower.
