I moved from LA to TX in February. It is now October and I have still yet to receive all of my belongings. I received most of my belongings in April, but some items were missing. I called and emailed and got in touch with a helpful Sales Manager who informed me the items that were missing were still at the warehouse in LA and she would send it ASAP. I am beyond heartbroken. Out of the Box damaged around 8000$in my possessions including statues that have been in my family for over a century. They lost two boxes of my children’s baby clothes. How can you get these memories back? It is more than just damaging and losing possessions. They have damaged and obliterated the warmth associated with these ‘things’. They lost a star because their prices have gone up significantly last 2 years (due to inflation/gas prices, I was told), but my 3 experiences with them (51-400miles) have been overwhelmingly positive
Moving is not my favorite. Moving in the rain is even worse! Jonathan, Saul, and crew did not complain. They got the job done in good time and good spirits. I hope I don’t have to move anytime soon, but if I do, I know who to call.
