I could not be more pleased with the work "Out of Court Solutions" did mediating my divorce. The staff lawyer who handled my case, Kim Handy, did an outstanding job advising and communicating with me on all issues associated with this process. I must also highly commend the admin staff there as well. I definitely recommend Out of Court Solutions to anyone who thinks mediation is a good option for them.
If you have a very simple divorce to complete without the need for any bells and whistles, or if you have a very compliant and flexible ex-spouse who doesn't have a lot of demands or need for lawyers etc, then definitely go with a business like Out-of-Court Solutions. They made everything very simple and easy to complete, and in the end they saved both myself and my ex-wife a lot of money when you compare typical divorce/lawyer costs these days.
