I highly recommend going the mediation route for those who can reach agreements on their own. Out of Court Solutions is a great resource to use for mediation. The process was very thorough and detailed.

Our mediator, Kim, was able to help mediate a very difficult conversation in the divorce with ease and expertise. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for divorce mediation.
The background of Dr. Ross in both law and psychology provides the skillset that an excellent mediator needs. I was fortunate to have him guide our process and watch him work with 2 individuals to get to a "yes".

Lots of hidden fees they don’t tell you in the consultation. Also very rude with questions once they have money from you. Update unjustifiably angry is cute. No when you do consultations you make it seem like if we already know what we want then there won’t be any extra fees for mediation. Then find a way to add fees. Plus you people are flat out rude and find a way to belittle people after you get money from them. You act like it’s a problem to do your job when people ask questions.
