Had a great experience this past week. All of the folks we encountered were pleasant and professional. Tony in the parts department made sure the proper parts we needed for our tow vehicle were ordered quickly. A special thanks to Brock in the service department. I have dealt with nearly every RV dealer in the US. This is the only one that actually provided excellent service. My previous experiences at other dealers were horrible. They were up front about their fees, there were no surprises unlike Camping World and General RV tryin to sneak secret fee’s into my prices. I bought a used camper from Blue Compass and they cleaned the whole thing full detail, even put a spare on it, and I never even asked for it. Stopped in to look at some super class C's. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The guy that helped us (I can't remember his name) but he was the manager. He said that he was 24 y/o But he looks like he should be in high school. But anyways, he was vert intelligent and knew ALL the in's and outs of Campers. We would love to been able to have done business with him, but he just didn't have anything with a laundry room & walk-in closest.
