Our bus had a check engine light and beeping noise from the moment we left the city. The driver had to pull over on the side of the road to try and fix it herself. On the return trip, we had to pick up passengers from another bus that was being towed. Highly unreliable means of transportation, would not recommend.

Our bus service will not have me a customer ever again. The third party is not a reflectI any good business. I need to report a serious issue with your third-party transportation service. The van was over an hour late with no call or text to provide any updates. On top of that, the pickup location was incorrect, and the customer service we received was very unprofessional. OurBus is an absolute disaster. They failed to pick up five. unrelated paying passengers, including a 7-year-old child, even though we were physically present at the stop on time with witnesses. The bus just never showed up. They then hid behind “GPS data” and "driver claims" to deny responsibility - no evidence provided.
