There is no facility. Your left to wait out in the pouring rain. I came 40 minutes prior. Get a text that they rescheduled my departure from 7:40 to 11am. Not taking this seriously. Bus driver gave so much bs. I spoke with another passenger her bus was leaving 6.30 they also rescheduled her the bus was barley filled and the driver refused to board here. Don't get into a horrible experience like us. Go with another reputable company.
I’ve only taken this twice when other buses were not available. Bad both times. Drivers who slam on breaks, bus smell not so great, over an hour late to destination with little to no traffic. Other companies with similar prices are better.
Ourbus entire operation feels like it was designed by people who have never once respected another person’s time. The delay alone was already ridiculous, but the way customer service handled it turned a frustrating situation into something genuinely insulting. Every response sounded like nobody cared, nobody wanted to help, and everyone hoped I would just give up and disappear. Nice busses, good drivers. Took a 6am bus to NYC and slept most of the way, but bathroom had no TP. Took the 5:30pm bus to DC driver was 1/2 hour late, had a tantrum and needed a break. We ended up being an hour behind schedule. He also spent the entire trip talking in his phone. Plus, due to a cancelled bus, it was filled to capacity, but we all made it safely. For the inexpensive price, not a bad ride.
