I'm on my second bottle of the Mood Swings CBD oil. I take it just before I go to bed. I do feel like I am sleeping better, less of a disturbed sleep, and I do feel like it helps take the edge off my period pain. The 3 bottle option is a good deal compared to the single bottle and I plan on buying another three once these are done. I always like the hand written note with the order :D.
I have been using our remedy for about 5 years now and I am so grateful that I have found something that really works. I have been taking the moon swings cbd every night which has massively helped with my anxiety and mood changes around my cycle
I’ve not started using these yet and I have just switched from another brand. They arrived beautifully packaged and the tablet size is nice and small so they will be much easier to take. I’m looking forward to trying them.
