Absolutely the WORST service ever, never responded when call or text he said 10 days for fitting and that was a lie I had to find another alternative as I have no commitment from the tailor and when called after a long time he was rude and hand up the phone
Ordered tuxes on 8/30 and was told they'd reach out in 10 business days to schedule the fitting. 6 weeks passed and we called multiple times. On one occasion, we were rudely told the tuxes were still not in. We tried again and again and they didn't answer, so we left a very concerned voicemail and was never called back. Store finally called 8 days before my wedding, by which point we went with plan B and told them we didn't need the tuxes anymore and they HUNG UP ON US. I wasn’t sure at first but this man is a suit savant. I walk in. He knows everything about every kind of suit. Not just that, but in the minute he took to measure me. He got everything he needed to get myself and every groomsmen the perfect fit. If you’re getting a suit, this is where you get it.
We used our place for our wedding recently and liked how all the suits came out for the groom and groomsmen. One hiccup that occurred was some sizes being wrong and items missing for certain people but thankfully their warehouse was close to us and we could pick things up there week of and day of. We would use Our place again.
