On behalf of over 4, 000 families who make up Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Parish, I welcome you to our parish family. Our parish began in 1920 through the efforts of Father Nelson Baker. Father Baker gathered the people who lived in our area for Mass and Sacraments on a regular basis. Until 1949, our parish was a mission of Our Lady of Victory Basilica, Lackawanna, New York, where Father Baker was founder and pastor.
