My mother was a resident of Our Lady of Consolation Nursing Home the care and attention she received was wonderful. The accommodation was also gorgeous. The staff were caring and supportive at all times. Th food was wonderful. If you need a nursing home this is the one.
Management is very worst.
Terrible service, no care or responsibility to elderly vulnerable clients, very incompetent
Ana was an amazing service coordinator for my grandmother. She was so helpful, understanding and quick to get everything done in the short time we had to organise all the services my grandmother needed. My grandmother felt empowered and so much happier after the programme Ana put together for her. Thank you Ana and the team. Ana you’re an angel.
