I have a long list of complains with this Memory center. Lacy isn't cut out to be a manager. She was demeaning and rude towards my father. If this is how you manager is how is the staff? You have to lead by example. I have all the emails also I will post them as well. He is private pay and apparently she had an issue with that as well. That one had me scratching my head.
They make everyone feel so special. Julie is so patient with all her clients.
Between the care, love, and passion, Our House Memory Care is a top favorite! Thank you staff for all you do!
Amazing place to put your loved ones in. They care about the residents and do a lot to make sure they are well taken care. 5/5 care, staff, and facility.
