Our beautiful Memory Care residence in Reedsburg provides dignified, quality care for seniors who can no longer live alone because of dementia and other forms of memory loss. Our programs are designed to help those with cognitive needs providing a safe, nurturing and secure home environment. We provide 24-hour staff, medication management, three healthy meals a day (plus snacks) and provide the necessary help with dressing, grooming, and bathing. Also, we can accommodate a short term or respite stay if we have openings.

The team is absolutely amazing and they truly care about their residents! I love seeing all of the activities and fun the residents have everyday. Highly recommend!
I love how the residents are entertained with music and activities. The special events they host involve both residents and staff. I love to see the smiles on the residents faces!
Great place. If you are looking for a reliable and homely place for your loved ones, look no further. Not only do they care for our loved ones like their own but the workers really put their heart into their job. If I could go past 5 stars I gladly would they really deserve it.
Wonderful staff to work with, great supervisor
They are a wonderful facility for anyone with Alzheimer's or any other memory issues. The staff is amazing! Very caring and have tons of activities for their residents each week. They even get to go for us rides to all sorts of fun places.
