Our beautiful Memory Care residence in Reedsburg provides dignified, quality care for seniors who can no longer live alone because of dementia and other forms of memory loss. Our programs are designed to help those with cognitive needs providing a safe, nurturing and secure home environment. We provide 24-hour staff, medication management, three healthy meals a day (plus snacks) and provide the necessary help with dressing, grooming, and bathing. Also, we can accommodate a short term or respite stay if we have openings.

The place here has seen many updates and the staff there are amazing and helpful fir the residents
Kind staff who deliver the care that their residents deserve. Nice facility and location.
Just leave my sister sitting in her room. Peeing in her chair. No physical therapy. Don't take her lunch. Have no one to cut her hair in 8 months. Only bath once a week. No one seems to interact with her.
