Our House has done a great job meeting my Mom's needs. The staff are all engaged with the residents, and "meet them where they are at". The residents' comfort and safety are a priority for all the staff, from the director on down. The director does a great job of keeping tabs on how each resident is doing, and responds quickly and positively to resident and family concerns.
I frequently visit Our House as a volunteer. They plan wonderful seasonal events for the residents and their families. The building is beautiful and clean, and the meals always look delicious and healthy. For many of the caregivers, the residents become like family. I've witnessed many special relationships.
Place is very clean, staff was very welcoming. Love how it has the country feel yet in town.
Absolutely wonderful staff, very caring and passionate. The residents are very cared for and always involved in group activities. The environment is very home-like and comforting and the management team always goes above and beyond to create the best care plan possible. Absolutely recommend !
I feel there is great care, there. I worked there years ago, always been the best assisted living in town, in my eyes! I visit there often,and the residents are always smiling and happy. There are lots of things going on, and the residents are usually out of their rooms and enjoying each other's company!!! I would recommend this assisted living any day. The director and all the staff are great, and always ready to help and caring fur each other❤️
