My wife has been at this Our House facility in Eau Claire since June of 2024 and as her POA I visit with her almost everyday. Admittedly, over time there have been good days, and some not so good days in my overall care evaluation and satisfaction that the staff was providing for my wife's daily care. *HOWEVER, back in mid January of this year (2026) after an Upper Management Onsite review, which ultimately led to a new site director leadership change. Our House Eau Claire is absolutely amazing! I stopped in for St. Patty's Day And everything was decorated and super cute! I don't usually leave reviews but this was worth saying something!
We've contacted them through email, their website and Facebook messenger about a drug addict they have as an employee, with photos to prove it and they do nothing about it. Your family is in endangerment of treated by this person since the company refuses to terminate. We have everything documented as other local agencies are involved. They'll say they have the best interest for the residents, etc here and to you, but their actions of keeping employees like this show otherwise.
