Kathleen Albano and her professional staff at Our Home are exceptionally dedicated and caring. They managed my sister’s needs for years with knowledge, wisdom, determination and big hearts. Our Home is a wonderful nurturing environment ! Kathleen, the Director, is a nurse, a problem solver, knowledgeable and caring. The staff are skilled, patient and friendly. After two unsuccessful placements in the Sebastopol-Santa Rosa area, Our Home was where my 80 year old friend was given the structure and routine , with a safe and accepting family-feeling, to finally heal enough from three surgeries and ensuing dementia to return to her home and husband. Definitely consider Our Home for your Loved one!
