Long term review here. We purchased our new lounge furniture here two years ago. Helpful, knowledgeable staff, no pressure to make a sale. We purchased a black leather suite of 3-seater, 2-seater and an armchair, all recliners. They only had floor stock of what we wanted so they had to order for us. Everything arrived, as promised about 6 weeks weeks later - great delivery team who managed to manoeuvre it all through access that would have beaten me and then took the old furniture away. The Absolute legends at our furniture warehouse! Oh man, from me dropping question after question… humbugging and them putting up with me. They still gave me top notch customer service for a great product. Worked within the timelines we required and all with a great easy going nature! Excellent customer service. When I was looking. Not pushing me into a decision. The delivery men Tom & Rick were courteous and polite and friendly. Installation easy. Asked if I was happy with lounge placements. Removed a recliner for me without a problem. The lounges are excellent
