Extremely unaccommodating and poor customer service plus rude delivery staff. Firstly, the staff are not able to advise the delivery time on the requested delivery date. Seems ridiculous for them to expect someone to take the day off work and sit at home for the whole duration of the day. Apparently on the day of the delivery the driver will call in the morning and provide a two hour delivery window, the driver rang me at 8AM and advised he will be at the delivery address at 9AM, that's providing an hours worth of notice whi... read more
