Very helpful and polite
We were served by Simon today and he was extremely kind. He offered assistance immediately, answered all of our questions and talked us through the process of possible custom options. This store is extremely flexible with payments and holding items until you are ready for them!! We had a great overall experience and ended up purchasing a couch today :)
Could not be happier with the service that the team at Our Furniture Warehouse have provided so far. No question too silly and really prompt responses and knowledge second to none. Highly recommend!
Had a great customer experience and found a lot of living room furniture pieces at a decent price and quality
