We had a fantastic experience with Our Furniture Warehouse. The service in store was wonderful, the staff were present and happy to assist but were not hovering or pushy while we were looking at couches. They clearly explained all our options for ordering/lay-by/delivery. The range and quality were excellent, and they had some great pricing during their EOFY sale. Above and beyond, with multiple prompt email replies, and they were able to configure my lounge room just how I wanted. After lots of furniture store research, OFW were the easiest to work with and well worth the money.
