This is the worst most one sided experience with a mediator I have ever had. Extremely bias and doesn’t listen. Only wants to listen to one side and not really mediate.
Do not use Liz! She is a scam artist. Makes a ton of mistakes because she doesn't listen, and then charges you to correct them. She sent us to collections after she charges an outrageous amount for a divorce that was practically settled without her. She just needed to use her template, explain the 401K (which she wrote up incorrectly and thus I had to pay taxes on) and calculate child support correctly (thought she put in the MOU, the one I had done "incorrectly" and said it what was we agreed to and due to deadline and when... read more
Liz was very candid and efficient throughout our mediation. She gets the job done timely and professionally, I highly recommend her for a family mediator.
