WAS IN TO CONDUCT SOME BUSINESS WAS IN AND OUT IN 20 MINUTES
I’m struggling with my finances working two jobs and they suspend my credit line demanding that I pay all of the money and I cannot borrow any money to pay my bills. WORST PEOPLE EVER HEARTLESS
I love my Credit Union! Please consider opening a branch in Rochester Hills at Walton Blvd and Adams Road. It is a very dense and populated area and you would benefit from doing so. I was so excited when a building was going up last year and was sad to see it was Michigan School & Goverment Credit Union opening a branch and not you folks! We need one in this area! Driving out to Troy just to do my banking is a ways away, but I love my credit union so I do it!
Terrible! Card was blocked. Once verified that the transaction was approved, card could not be turned back on, no matter who we called, until Monday morning. This was Saturday afternoon. Who doesn't offer 24-hour customer service for this? Shameful.
