I love my Credit Union! Please consider opening a branch in Rochester Hills at Walton Blvd and Adams Road. It is a very dense and populated area and you would benefit from doing so. I was so excited when a building was going up last year and was sad to see it was Michigan School & Goverment Credit Union opening a branch and not you folks! We need one in this area! Driving out to Troy just to do my banking is a ways away, but I love my credit union so I do it!
Terrible! Card was blocked. Once verified that the transaction was approved, card could not be turned back on, no matter who we called, until Monday morning. This was Saturday afternoon. Who doesn't offer 24-hour customer service for this? Shameful.

If the account requirements to join are so strict (less than 2 CHEX inquiries in a year when the app was filed, for checking/savings accounts from other banks. Even with no negative remarks like overdrawn or force closed) something like that should be included in the opening disclosure. Staff was professional about it and I get it’s not their fault. That’s the only reason for the second star. As someone who moves every few years for work it’s frustrating. Especially as a credit union.
