They sent my card to the complete wrong address and, when asked to fix it, only gave excuses. The stranger who got my card in the mail had access to my email, phone number and old address. I’m beyond upset. Do not use this bank if you value anything. They screw up so often in huge ways.
Everyone at OCCU is a pleasure to work with. I truly enjoy going into the Vashon branch and leave with a smile on my face every time. They are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
The nastiest loan company I have ever worked with. I've never missed a payment, paid on time without issues for over 2 years. We had a small issue where the loan company was not added as a lien holder on my insurance policy and the way the handled this was beyond embarrassing. 1 threatening letter in the mail and about 6 threatening emails. Threatening your customers with obscene insurance rates when a simple conversation is all that's needed is unacceptable.
There loan system is terrible I get notices that I'm behind on payments every month and no one can ever seem to help me figure it out. Always blamed on a computer system error? Apparently they don't have the funds to make there system work properly. If I knew I would have taken my money else where
