You guys can do better than that ! That was just the second call 32 min wait. First call was like 28 mins. 🤪
I can't enter the bank that someone doesn't greet me by name.
I tried to skip a pay over the phone, they told me to do it online which I did. Then, received an email it didn't process as I only used one. I sent email to them why it was rejected, their email sounds like a bot and really this is not how you deliver exceptional customer service. A simple transaction it became a complaint where they impact their own customers financially and potentially it escalates to a different major problem.
Everyone here is amazing, very kind and professional. I've recommended ourcu to many people.
