There loan system is terrible I get notices that I'm behind on payments every month and no one can ever seem to help me figure it out. Always blamed on a computer system error? Apparently they don't have the funds to make there system work properly. If I knew I would have taken my money else where

Make car payments consistently for three months and I get a letter saying that I am two months behind and they’re gonna send the report to my credit bureau. Horrible banking system horrible customer service.
Unhelpful and confused customer service. I paid off my car and was told everything was all set, and that I should receive my title within 4–6 weeks. Three weeks later, I followed up and was told there was no record of my payoff until today, so the title hadn’t been released to the DoL. I politely asked the representative to take care of it and make sure the title is released and sent to me. Overall, my experience with OURCU has been poor and disappointing. They need better communication and internal workflow.
