Staff is good, and customer service is good... the ways and rules of the company however are ruthless, interest rates also outrageous!! do not fall behind and expect a chance to pick yourself back up, they will sue you without hesitation while still trying to get you to pay. If someone is trying to pay on something... why still pursue filing suit? also couldn't give a valid balance after the fact, (told me to get in touch with the lawyer for a balance) all seems a little shady from my point of view.
