Extremely unprofessional. I contacted this office because I needed legal representation and was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. I called again, provided my information a second time, and instead of helping me, the call was abruptly disconnected without any explanation. Not even the basic courtesy of a return call or letting me know whether they were willing to take my case. This level of communication is unacceptable for a law office.
