I have used this agency for over 40 years. They did the paperwork for the construction of my house in 1984 and the sale of that house in 2022. I used them in 2016 for the purchase of property in Orlando and now I will use them again for the sale of that property and house. They never disappoint, I have moved out of state so sadly, this will be the last contact that I have with them. It feels like leaving family.
Rude, disregard for the law, prideful and only concern is what they want. Threatened to hold inheritance hostage if I don't sign a receipt before I get the check. Will hang up in your face. STAY FAR AWAY FROM TIS FIRM!!!

Mr. Sundheim and his staff were very helpful and kind. They helped my mom and I proir to my moms passing and after. I would recommend them to anyone. They will do what they can to help and made a difficult time in my life a bit easier to bare.
