I have been a member for over 6 years and they wouldn’t cash a check because the lady used my last name with a different pen, told me I was forging it. I’m closing my account . It’s always something with this bank.
Very poor customer service. Near impossible to speak with someone over the phone. No returned phone calls when I left messages. I am a new to this institution and I am starting to regret giving them my business.
