After nearly 40 years with OUCU it is time for me to go. Used to you got excellent customer service and low fees. Now if you have a problem or question you are on hold for many many minutes, and fees and costs have increased substantially. I have been slowly transitioning to Ally and when I have had an issue or a question the phone call is answered in no more than a minute. Extremely disappointed. I am surprised by the lack of communication regarding my recent auto loan application. As a returning customer who previously had a loan with this bank and paid it off in full, I expected a smoother process. After applying for a new loan, a hard inquiry was performed which lowered my credit score, yet I have received zero follow-up. No one has called with details, interest rates, or even a status update. I have been a customer for over 10+ years. Currently on hold for the 2nd time in an hour and have been waiting over 10 minutes. Every representative is sending me in circles when I do pick up. I’m do disappointed because I used to love banking with OUCU. This has been a disaster and I’m only trying to check on the status of a debit card
