Closed an account in July 2019. Still reporting late payments on my credit report up to November 2020. Tried calling many times to explain what I was told by my bank, adamant I was wrong she hung up on me. Filing 2nd dispute with Equifax and tried filing a grievance with the BBB but they aren't even listed.
