I have used OTW Safety for 2 consecutive years for the purchase of barriers. Thier products are competitively prices, shipping is easily tracked and always on time with constant updates. The most important topic to stress is their amazing customer service. They effectively communicate through the entire process and never leave you questioning your purchase. LOVE our barricades! They are sturdy enough to help create needed barriers but also light enough to easily move in and out of place.
This team has been an amazing partner of the Utah Arts Festival for several years. They are communicative, flexible, and affordable. We use their safety equipment and storage facility.
Our team utilized OTW Barricade at our outdoor event venue for a number of things. Traffic safety, lines at the main gate, lines at activations inside, creating VIP seating sections, etc. The barricade is light weight and customizable with signage so we could adjust easily depending on each show's individual layout needs. Definately think it helped flow in our space while looking clean and sharp.
OTW Safety sponsored our Inclusion Matters Gala for us. As their sponsorship, they did a barrier package for our gala. They printed signs, worked with us on delivery and pickup as well as sign design specialized for our event. We were incredibly grateful for their support and would 100% work with them again! They were easy to communicate with and really helpful during the whole process. We give them 5 stars and would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering using their services. Thanks for the great experience!
