Good prices, great service, and à great selection. Check this place out, BEFORE you go to the big box stores.
Friendly staff, nice selection. Prices on appliances were better than big box competitors.
Wow! I needed a washer in the worst way. Called Ott furniture, asked if they had a used washer. He said he got 1 in last week. I got it the next day for a really great price, delivered and installed by 2 wonderful gentleman. They even helped me move a piece of furniture. I had prayed for a washer I could afford and the help I needed and Ott's was the answer He sent me. Thank you Barry Ott, and the gentlemen who helped me.
Great experience at the store and the delivery men very respectful of our needs
The owner, Barry, is very condescending to customers, especially not the “right kind” of people. $$$. We felt very disrespected and he blatantly refused to acknowledge that he sold a defective dryer, blaming us, the customer, although it has been used propperly and delicately. We have had several problems with it, and were even charged when it had to be repaired.
