So I have used joe for quite a few repairs. He helped me when I was in a jam and he did come out stat. Unfortunately it doesn't over shadow the problems with this technician. He is extremely unorganized. Doesn't even have a flashlight with him. He had to use mine. He charged me for looking for a leak and never found it. He was supposed to come back and fill the tank up to see where it was leaking. Never did. Then finally. He wouldn't return my messages. Was on a trip out of town and had a problem with our toilet. Called everyone on a Sunday and he was available when nobody else was. He met us about an hour after we called and was able to help us out. Fast, kind, professional, flexible, reasonably priced. He saved our trip, all last minute.

Called out to an emergency awning repair...customer extended awning an it fell off the trailer....everything about this install was 100% WRONG...I do not understand how this outfit is still in business....one star is 3 to many

Joe came out to our RV, he was prompted on arrival. He was clean, friendly. He explained everything to us and did a great job! We would Highly recommend him. He will be our go to guy from now on. He also was significantly less than the local mobile services

Otto's RV Repair has been very timely and very fair to us. He is honest and knows his stuff on rvs. His prices are competetive and can usually fit you in before a repair shop can work you in. A wind storm blew our roof vents. He came out same day and repaired vent and put vent covers on.
