This place is absolutely amazing all their staff is so kind and friendly. The facilities are so clean and the Turkish bath experience was the best thing I ever did. Highly recommend

This place is a gem I opted for the Queen Package and as I had never been to Ottoman before, I didn’t know what to expect. The spa was clean, the staff professional and on entry to the spa area I immersed myself into the steam room then the hot tub. Onto the giant marble slab for an hour and a half of glorious treatments. The woman who looked after me was so caring and gentle. I felt like I was transported to Turkey.
