when looking to get my e-bike repaired in whiterock/south surrey i'd hear the same story, no we cant take e-bikes in our shop or if they did they would only take their own brand, even for normal gear repairs. That's when i stumbled onto Ottobe Bikes, he not only took my e-bike in and did the repairs in great time and great price but showed me how i could adjust the problem if and when it was to arise again. and because of this he will be my go to guy for any future e-bike repairs. Steve is a great person. He solved my breaking issue immediately and charged reasonably.
Steve fixed the brake issue on my son's bike in couple minutes. That's awesome!
