Steve gave very reasonable prices for replacing tires and fixes on e-bikes, much lower than other shops, and great customer service. Gets the job done quick and easy, 100% recommend
Fixed my son’s bike’s front break in no time. This is my first time using Ottobe bikes and the place that I will keep using in the future.
Great service and quality!
Steve's a VIP. Very reasonably priced, got my son's bike back in working order in no time. Would definitely recommend.
Steve very quickly found the problem with my e-bike battery that l had inadvertently put into shipping mode. He said he usually didn't charge for diagnosis so there was no charge. It's really great to find such an honest repair person. I'll be back when l have other issues with my bike and will tell my friends you can definitely trust Steve.
