Steve and his small fixes of our two bikes that hadn’t been used in a while was superb. He is thorough, prompt and professional and I would highly recommend anyone who needs regular or e-bike work done to go and see him. Thanks Steve, I feel great and safe that you’ve made these two bikes rideable again for us to give to our daughter and husband as they bring their young boys into the world of cycling!!!

when looking to get my e-bike repaired in whiterock/south surrey i'd hear the same story, no we cant take e-bikes in our shop or if they did they would only take their own brand, even for normal gear repairs. That's when i stumbled onto Ottobe Bikes, he not only took my e-bike in and did the repairs in great time and great price but showed me how i could adjust the problem if and when it was to arise again. and because of this he will be my go to guy for any future e-bike repairs.
