We took our lawn tractor for repair and were told that it was take about 7 - 10 days. When we called at 14 days we were told no one had looked at it yet. When we called at 30 days we were told that they engine would need to be removed to assess the tractor and that it would be $150 to look at it. When we asked how long they had known this and why hadn't they called we were rudely asked "do you want it looked at or not?" Very poor service, we will not use them again.
