Good service, arrived with new water heater, installed it, removed the old unit, protected the floors. Satisfied

The team at Vetted HVAC was incredible to deal with in replacing my boiler and water heater systems. They were very polite, courteous, and extremely professional! Air heat exchanger is working. When it did go into alarm. They gave the info to reset. Then came to house and added extra insulation to the air heat exchangers duct work that solved the problem. They went over and above, Nicely done. They provided good service. Im happy.
OTTO Heating has looked after our RTU units for years and are always quick to respond. Service is excellent and they always give good information and advice on upkeep.
