Julian, Parker and Rio were excellent. They were friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend their service.
Had kyle and another fella come and replace my furnace. They did a wonderful job. They layed floor protection, cleaned up after themselves. They were polite and took all the stress out of the process. My house was a challenging job and they did a fantastic job.
I am very impressed at the customer service I received in getting my furnace repaired. Julian was very considerate, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you!
I highly recommend Otto. It was incredible easy to book over email. They were quick to respond and the price was clear, upfront and reasonable! I had my ducts and dryer vent cleaned and the staff were professional and clean/tidy. No complaints.
