Made a good choice when we chose the Otterbein facility. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me get my strength back so I could return home. If I need another stay for short term care I would definitely choose this place.
My stay has been excellent. Everyone here is nice and has treated me with respect. The aides have made me feel like family. Therapy team always explained things to me. Alyson and Lindsey showed me things in therapy that will help me at home that I never would have thought about doing. I have never been at another facility that has made me feel this comfortable. I would definitely recommend here for rehab.
Staff, nurses, aides and rehab team were great. The facility is wonderful. The only thing that I believe needs attention is they could use some new beds.
This facility is the absolute best I have ever seen! The staff is very helpful and respectful. The physical and occupational therapist are top of the line. They made my stay here very good. I would absolutely tell everyone that this would be my first choice for a skilled nursing facility.
