Great place, they care for my mother wonderfully. Could not ask for a better place
It has been a wonderful place to stay. People are friendly and helpful. Smaller facility so you don’t wait real long when you use your call light and it feels more personable. Weekly activities allow interactions to keep you engaged with others. If I not ready to be home, I’m thankful for this place!
Very nice place but the parking lot is not designed well. They also should have a clubhouse for their residents.
My husband has been at Otterbein Union Township. for 3 months Small houses are very home like Nursing Care from aides and nurses is very very good Therapists are also very good SocialWorker and Elder Concierge are always responsive to questions and concerns Management addresses concerns thoroughly and in a timely manner If you have a loved one who requires Rehab or Long Term Care I would say Otterbein would provide the compassionate care you are seeking
They have been very helpful and caring! The only place mom hasn't complained about the food. We are glad we chose Otterbein for our mothers care.
