My mother stayed at Otterbein Springboro briefly after her cancer diagnosis. The facility was clean, the staff was attentive and professional, and the atmosphere was warm and homey. I would recommend them to anyone in the position where they were looking for a nice place to care for their loved ones.
Fantastic place. Love it. Here would return if had to. Girls are wonderful. Always cheerful and happy and willing to help. My favorite of course is Michelle of course. Food is fantastic . The therapy team is great
The facility provided great care to my cousin following his six week hospital experience. I liked the open concept, communal great room, and small house feel of the place. Ratio of nursing care to patient count was better than most places and was published for view daily. Physical, occupational and speech therapy provided excellent support to his recovery and eventual discharge to home.
