We have been there multiple times this year. Started out with therapy being very helpful and allowed my dad to gain strength back. Very good experience! Unfortunately, had to return a second time due to dad’s health. Things that time were okay. Returned a third time due my dad falling and having a brain bleed. Therapy, food and compassion was NOT a priority and was very challenging ! Meals became less attractive and not up to expectations for those who needed protein instead of fat and carbohydrates. My grandmother was in Otterbein and we loved it. The nurse Heather Price was awesome. She was very nice and worked with her the whole time she was there.
