Management's response is purely performative. I have repeatedly reached out via phone and email, yet leadership has completely ignored my communication. Their true priority is managing their public image rather than addressing genuine family concerns. Furthermore, taking over a week to respond to a critical review highlights a severe lack of professionalism and urgency—both online and offline. This delay only confirms the systemic communication issues outlined in my original review.

I am writing this review as a concerned family member of a current resident at the Oakwood at Otterbein Pemberville, this assisted living facility in Pemberville, Ohio.
