Otterbein Pemberville gave my mom caring, excellent and compassionate care when we most needed it. They are our angels. My mother, disabled by her illnesses, lived with dignity and was cared for at this facility. Mom loved the homecooked food. It was delicious. My mom was blessed, until her last breath, by being a resident at Otterbein.

1. I just went to the Thanksgiving brunch yesterday and the food was horrible. The cook spent more time roaming the dining hall and pushing his religion on all of his guests rather than making sure his food was good. It was arguably the worst thanksgiving dinner I've ever had. 2. The nurses here were horrible and neglectful of my grandfather to the point he was kicked out and sent to a psych ward because of their treatment of him. 3. Overpriced.

I retracted my review, they treat u great for about a week, to get a good review!! Then all hell breaks loose, I had a horrible experience, so many things, they would take meds away my heart dr. Gave to me, was getting weaker n sicker, n they wouldn't do anything, just ignored me, therapy was going good until review came out, I was so sick I couldn't eat very much, sick to stomach. No help n I couldn't figure it out. ( but I did ) .one aid said I was bleeding real bad, pur blood no urine, for 3 days then decided to do urine ... read more
