This was our first time here, a lovely place. Loved the open concept, warm & cozy, awesome homemade food and the staff was the best!! My aunt got excellent care! Thank you, all!! Happy Thanksgiving!
If you or a loved one need to be in a nursing facility, you will not be disappointed at Otterbein. Christie, Brent, Kaylinn, Grace, Chris and James all feel like family after our 3 month stay at Otterbein Middletown. They were kind and patient with my husband after 3 strokes and spine and blood infections. The therapists were great as well. I had a wonderful short-term rehab stay recently. All of the nurses, therapists, and aides were very nice and seemed to enjoy their work. Meals were hit and miss menu-wise, but breakfast could always be counted on. My doctor set a stay for 2 weeks, but I did so well with OT and PT that I was able to go home after one week. I would highly recommend Otterbein Middletown for short term stays.
Great place! Staff goes above and beyond. The atmosphere feels like home even for visiting families. Will always recommend this place!
