I stayed here for rehab July 31st to August 13th. The facility was very nice. Every staff member treated me with kindness and compassion.
Lovely staff, and very clean. My mother in law said she loved the food, and they will make you something different, like a sandwich if you don't like the dinner they are cooking that night. The PT is great and she came out so much stronger. Overall 10/10 rating for Middletown!
Wow…..where to start. Through a series of events, my mother conducted her rehabilitation in the Otterbein Middletown location over the course of 13 weeks. All at various stages, from completely immobile to assisted supervision. As a family, this was our first experience with “assisted living / rehabilitation services” and to be honest very apprehensive. The staff, concept, and physical therapy team, put our minds at ease. Otterbein was amazing, staff very friendly and took pride in caring, the food very good. They also answered any questions I had and kept family up to date with everything going on. I 100% recommend a loved ones stay here.
The home style atmosphere is comforting.. The staff worked very hard to help the clients with all their needs. The Otterbien Middletown Sennior Life is the the only place I would go for rehab..
