I don’t do reviews very often, but my mom had surgery and needed to go somewhere to heal after dealing with insurance companies and places that were not suited for my mom. We finally found this gem. Let me just say Sammy who works there is one of the best people that I have ever met. Her ways of helping and calming you down with that smile she gives you. She has been nothing but amazing. The detail and setting of the campus are absolutely gorgeous. This campus has absolutely everything you could want. A theater, fitness center similar to the Y, pool, right off the great lake Erie, a restaurant, golf carts...... etc. etc. Stunning property

Otterbein excels when compared to other Senior Living communities I have visited. Exceptionally clean, beautifully designed with caring and motivated staff that continuously strive to improve the comfort and quality of life for their residents.
Been here many times and the residents are always happy staff is kind and place is very well kept. A great community!
