I can’t say enough good things about this skilled nursing facility! The leadership team is exceptional—always professional, kind, and truly invested in the well-being of residents and their families. I have resided at otterbein for 3 years and it's an amazing place to live. I'm glad that my kids brought me here. I worked as a nurse for many years prior to retiring and couldn't say enough good things about this facility and the care myself and other residents receive!
I've been a resident for 4 years. I was not wanting to go into a nursing home but after long discussions with my husband's we decided it was time. I am so happy we decided to come to otterbein Loveland and could not imagine being anywhere else. I have made great friendships with other residents here and the staff has always treated me dignity and respect.
I can’t say enough good things about Otterbein Loveland. My mom is so well cared for, and we can really see how much the staff love what they do. The new companion program has been such a blessing — Mom just lights up with the extra attention and one-on-one time. It means the world to our family to see her happy, comfortable, and surrounded by people who truly care. We’re so thankful for everyone there who treats her like their own family.
The cttage-style feel of this community makes it a true neighborhood! The staff are amazing, providing outstanding care in a genuinely compassionate manner. The community is impressive and focused on the people who live there. It is a place that truly feels like home.
