My mother Diana had passed away in November of 2023. We got recommended this place because she was battling cancer and she needed to get her strength back. Unfortunately she wasn't able to and they had her go on hospice here. The nurse aids treated not only her very badly but also the other patients here. The first time me and my sister walked in to the building, before my mom was even transported, we sat down and the nurses in the kitchen were gossiping about their other employees and patients. My sister was a patient in the rehab house following cervical surgery. She had nurses and aides that didn’t respond to her call button, was left to sleep over night in a wheelchair, she was not given her pain meds for over 24 hours, and had more than one aide speak disrespectfully to her. (Bella was the exception. She was an amazing aide.) We discussed these concerns with admin multiple times and were assured they would be addressed but the lack of care continued. Terrible place! Please take your love one someplace else. The duplexes have mold you can smell it. please don't go here. Employees are very rude such as Ang it’s a black young lady and the others who sat around in did nothing while my mom was laying around being neglected
