why doesnt anyone answer the phone?
I waited a couple months before posting this, as life has been a whirlwind since the passing of my father. Shortly before his passing, we admitted him to Otterbein Gahanna for overall care and knowing the professionals onsite would be able to handle him better than we could at home. He was under hospice care at the time of his admission and both groups worked absolutely perfect together and we knew very quickly that he was in good hands. I visited with a friend, who was checking in on their mom. I like the setup and concept. They make it feel like a home and not a facility.
I was admitted to Otterbein Gahanna in July of 2026 for aftercare after surgery. The timeframe was undetermined as it was a hip replacement and just waiting to see how my body responds. The accommodations were very nice and comfortable and the staff has treated me with much attention and has made me feel very welcomed as my needs were met while I was healing.
