Amazing little place that truly feels like home. The facility is clean, updated, and welcoming. From the kind and attentive medical and nursing staff to the encouraging therapy team, every part of the experience was positive. The nurse practitioner and physician was both caring and competent, and management took the time to truly listen and work toward solutions. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones.
My mother was at this facility until she recently passed this weekend. I had a chance to interact with all of the workers here. Without exception, they’re an extraordinary group of people. Having seen other facilities, I feel like this is a very good one. When I read some of the reviews that are negative I think some people need to realize that you might have 20 people in a facility with three workers. Horribly cold food, small portions, and inconsistent delivery of medications are but a few of the problems that plague this facility. Anti depressant medicine must be consumed at the same time every day for therapeutic levels to be maintained. Inconsistent delivery times cause mood swings and are hard to bear. Short staffing at some times result in 45 minutes waits for help, the aides are great but can only do so much. Food carried to rooms is uncovered and are room temperature at most times.
