I’m very happy. I’ve gotten good care while I’m here. Therapy is wonderful. Dr. P is great. The food is tasty. The EA’s are very good. I’ve enjoyed my time here. The nurses have been really amazing.
Everyone is wonderful. The food is so amazing. The therapists are wonderful and it's just a beautiful place and very clean.
I would recommend not putting your loved one in this horrendous place. Although the setting is nice , the staff is terrible in how they treat the residents. They are very mean spirited & dismissive of our concerns when it came to our loved one. We eventually took her out of there. If you're considering this place , I would not trust them with the care of my loved ones.
I think that they can be creative with the food menu. The employees were very friendly. Therapy was very good. Heather helped me a lot. Dr. Parikh was really great. I enjoyed my time here very much. I am going to miss everyone that I have met here.
It has been very rewarding staying at Otterbein in many ways. I've made many friends. When I came in I was not able to walk, I feel like I will be able to walk when I leave here. I love all of the friends I have made since I've been here. If you have any loved ones, I would highly recommend this place.
