Thrilled with the service I received here! Rarely have I been as happy with a business transaction as I was with my stop in here! I’ve used OtterBox previously, but honestly, I’ll probably use them more after this! (is their cases on more devices)
Best place to purchase phone accessories! If you get a screen protector and/or phone protector case, the staff will install at no extra charge and all is ready by the time you complete the purchase. Wonderful staff and experience!
We usually get great customer service there, but not tonight. We entered at 5:30 pm and staff member at the register’s first comment to us was “we close in 20 minutes.” She proceeded to answer our questions very abruptly and we definitely didn’t feel welcome. We were purchasing 3 new Otterbox cases for our new phones and would’ve appreciated better customer service and a more positive and helpful attitude.
