I had a horrible experience. It now costs $10 for their employees to install the screen protector replacements when it use to be free. Also, the employee proceeded to argue that my case was fine and did not give me a case replacement… so much for a lifetime warranty. I do not recommend going here. These products are overpriced and Otterbox’s warranty went to garbage.

I showed up to this store with my Galaxy S25 Plus with plans to buy a screen protector. I pulled out my phone and showed Kylie, she immediately asked where I had bought my case and how much I had paid. After telling her that I had purchased it for about $25 on eBay, thinking I had gotten a great deal, she informed me that my case was counterfeit. We feel so lucky to have this shop in our community! They are always so kind and willing to bend over backwards to help. They have proactively noticed and addressed minor issues for us on many occasions and gotten them taken care of under warranty. We love Otterbox!

just amazing they help people who are injured and I have a 2 1/2 inch by one and a half“ brain cancer. I feel very lucky to have you cause I keep dropping my phone but now I’m actually a little bit better so I talk to you guys about doing something fun and that is having ducks just like an Aspen Colorado and seeing how farthey can go so something fun for all of us with your help to be absolutely amazing

Yesterday I went in to get a new protective case for my iPad. Becky waited on me and had to check which version iPad I owned (I didn't know). I showed her where the protective case was broken and she went and got a new case (and it had been upgraded since the last time I needed a new case). I was so excited that she was able to take off the old pieces and put on the new case. She cleaned everything up (including my screen protector) and put on the new case.
