My 1st visit (June 11th, 2026 @ around 10:15-10:20AMish) to this store was beyond a 5 star review. I came in to the store to handle a warranty issue with my Otterbox case that I've been holding off for awhile and was greeted with a very friendly hello and "Welcome in!" by the 2 women who were currently working at the time and was assisted with my warranty issue (Which took less than 5 minutes to process!). Honestly - you don’t get customer service like this any more. I’m a millennial just trying to feel something in the world and this people have it. Sean and Kylie were day makers. Fort Collins feels more like home because of folks like this.
Yesterday I went in to get a new protective case for my iPad. Becky waited on me and had to check which version iPad I owned (I didn't know). I showed her where the protective case was broken and she went and got a new case (and it had been upgraded since the last time I needed a new case). I was so excited that she was able to take off the old pieces and put on the new case. She cleaned everything up (including my screen protector) and put on the new case. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on protective cases and screen protectors at this store since they opened. They have changed since acquiring and phasing out LifeProof which was a superior product that brought me to them in the first place. They used to replace covers if scratched or worn out now it has to be in pieces before they replace it.
