I’ve been a loyal OtterBox customer for years, but the company has gone downhill in both product support and customer service. They used to proudly stand behind their lifetime guarantee — that’s why I trusted their products. Unfortunately, that promise no longer seems to mean much. I showed up to this store with my Galaxy S25 Plus with plans to buy a screen protector. I pulled out my phone and showed Kylie, she immediately asked where I had bought my case and how much I had paid. After telling her that I had purchased it for about $25 on eBay, thinking I had gotten a great deal, she informed me that my case was counterfeit. We feel so lucky to have this shop in our community! They are always so kind and willing to bend over backwards to help. They have proactively noticed and addressed minor issues for us on many occasions and gotten them taken care of under warranty. We love Otterbox!
We usually get great customer service there, but not tonight. We entered at 5:30 pm and staff member at the register’s first comment to us was “we close in 20 minutes.” She proceeded to answer our questions very abruptly and we definitely didn’t feel welcome. We were purchasing 3 new Otterbox cases for our new phones and would’ve appreciated better customer service and a more positive and helpful attitude.
Kylie was amazing 9/15, I had a warranty replacement she took care of immediately. The staff are what make this place great. So friendly and welcoming!!!!! Thanks Kylie!
