My 1st visit (June 11th, 2026 @ around 10:15-10:20AMish) to this store was beyond a 5 star review. I came in to the store to handle a warranty issue with my Otterbox case that I've been holding off for awhile and was greeted with a very friendly hello and "Welcome in!" by the 2 women who were currently working at the time and was assisted with my warranty issue (Which took less than 5 minutes to process!). Aww man. Lemme tell ya how badly abused my old phone case was. Absolutely trashed from opening beer bottles on the corners, kicking my phone across the shop under vehicles etc. It had just enough plastic to keep the rubber bit on underneath. Being a Samsung s23 I assumed they would tell me it was too old but they had one in stock and put it on right away. In and out with a new case for free in under 5 mins. 10 out of 10 experience. Honestly - you don’t get customer service like this any more. I’m a millennial just trying to feel something in the world and this people have it. Sean and Kylie were day makers. Fort Collins feels more like home because of folks like this.
