No reason to go shop here anymore. I use to be OK paying the higher prices for the protection glass, because they installed it too. Now they won’t do that without a 10$ surcharge. No reason to go here anymore. You can buy similar and as good products off Amazon and install it yourself for 1/4 the price. The whole reason to buy from the Otter Shop was to receive amazing customer service, installed replacements when needed, and shopping locally. We feel so lucky to have this shop in our community! They are always so kind and willing to bend over backwards to help. They have proactively noticed and addressed minor issues for us on many occasions and gotten them taken care of under warranty. We love Otterbox!

I showed up to this store with my Galaxy S25 Plus with plans to buy a screen protector. I pulled out my phone and showed Kylie, she immediately asked where I had bought my case and how much I had paid. After telling her that I had purchased it for about $25 on eBay, thinking I had gotten a great deal, she informed me that my case was counterfeit. I’ve been a loyal OtterBox customer for years, but the company has gone downhill in both product support and customer service. They used to proudly stand behind their lifetime guarantee — that’s why I trusted their products. Unfortunately, that promise no longer seems to mean much. I’m always amazed by companies that have ethics and morals that support a business model that border lines on Fantasy. This company is amazing and now I know why I will always give my business to them. Two years later, almost to the day, I had a screen protector that totally fractured from the last screen protector I had previous.
