I showed up to this store with my Galaxy S25 Plus with plans to buy a screen protector. I pulled out my phone and showed Kylie, she immediately asked where I had bought my case and how much I had paid. After telling her that I had purchased it for about $25 on eBay, thinking I had gotten a great deal, she informed me that my case was counterfeit. We usually get great customer service there, but not tonight. We entered at 5:30 pm and staff member at the register’s first comment to us was “we close in 20 minutes.” She proceeded to answer our questions very abruptly and we definitely didn’t feel welcome. We were purchasing 3 new Otterbox cases for our new phones and would’ve appreciated better customer service and a more positive and helpful attitude.
Elise who runs the shop is amazing! This shop has such a great involvement in the community and it’s all ran through her. Her team is great and clearly takes pride in what they do. Best place to get your case!
Thrilled with the service I received here! Rarely have I been as happy with a business transaction as I was with my stop in here! I’ve used OtterBox previously, but honestly, I’ll probably use them more after this! (is their cases on more devices)
I’m always amazed by companies that have ethics and morals that support a business model that border lines on Fantasy. This company is amazing and now I know why I will always give my business to them.
