I could not have received better care from a company! Especially Rudy!!! I was going through something horrible and he became more than a bus driver and almost a friend. He asked about my kids, cars I was testing driving and hopefully buying, apartments to consider or avoid, and whatever else was on my mind that day! He made me feel like an actual human being again and not just the person life was making me go through at this time! Thank you Rudy!!!!! Oh, and I bought the 2019 Chevy Trax!

Used to be great, but now they expect you to somehow plan your return trips ahead of time when it's impossible to know when your appointment may end. If you're wrong and can't show up immediately, they'll mark you as a no-show and just leave you stranded. As someone who uses a wheelchair, I can't rely on this service like I used to and it saddens me greatly.

They dont schedule the times that you gove them told them 340 pickup because I work until 330 they came and left before 330. Was not called or made aware time was scheduled for earlier than i got off work.
