Extremely impressed with Otte & Czajkowska. Mike Otte made things understandable and approachable. For something so important the process was both smooth and comprehensive. The team and staff also made scheduling and follow-ups a breeze.
I had a highly disappointing experience with this law office during a Zoom consultation. The so called attorney was 15 minutes late, which set a poor tone from the start. Throughout the call, he appeared distracted, frequently holding his head and offering inconsistent, unhelpful suggestions that led nowhere. When I asked about setting up a trust, he admitted he couldn’t assist. I am a little confused here. I contacted them because I am a freelancer who works as an independent contractor and I need an independent contractor agreement/service agreement that I can give my clients when they hire me. I am pretty sure that their website lists as one of the services offered drafting of contractor agreements. Yet when I called, I was told that their attorneys don't do that and they can't help me with that. Well, don't list on your website services that you don't really provide.
Mr. Otte was a great help to me. Needed assistance understanding issues with inheritence and medicaid. Mr. Otte did some research and got back to me the next day. I am very grateful for his quick work, patience and understanding. I definitely recommend Mr. Otte.
