I had a highly disappointing experience with this law office during a Zoom consultation. The so called attorney was 15 minutes late, which set a poor tone from the start. Throughout the call, he appeared distracted, frequently holding his head and offering inconsistent, unhelpful suggestions that led nowhere. When I asked about setting up a trust, he admitted he couldn’t assist. Mr. Otte was a great help to me. Needed assistance understanding issues with inheritence and medicaid. Mr. Otte did some research and got back to me the next day. I am very grateful for his quick work, patience and understanding. I definitely recommend Mr. Otte.
