Absolute garbage . Was given the option to pay cash in my own booking. Then the DAY OF THE TRIP. HE CALLS ME TO TELL ME THAT HE GAVE MY SEAT TO SOMEONE WHO PRE PAID. ????? HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE???? Worst service ever, now I miss my friends engagement because of this clown show.. don't ever contact this company.l, shadiest way to do business . Should be banned from doing business in Canada, because in no way shape or form is this acceptable.
Icebus.ca is the worst rideshare company ever. Please save your time and energy and book a bus/train instead of this service. They promise you a time and do not show up. Do not attend calls and simply turn their phones off when the stranded passengers are trying to contact them. The drivers are disrespectful and will leave you wherever they feel convenient. I have used the service 3 times and haven't had a single smooth ride. Extremely Unprofessional. Do Not Book A Service With Them.
