Joannah, the physiotherapy assistant, was kind, informative, and took the time to explain the treatment and exercises. I understand it’s a larger clinic and staff can be busy, but I found the communication from the physiotherapist lacking. They arrived late, and there were moments where they left without explaining that the physio assistant would be taking over for the exercises or treatment machine. It was a good experience. The place is clean & the service was very good.
Sheweta is very helpful and patient, and the staff are very, very nice. Just that the internet connection is a little bit slow, and the cell phone connection is not very good at some corners. It would be better to load your cell phone with some books to read before you come.
