Their customer service isn’t what it used to be. Login online now sucks with the new service too! That 800 customer service number they have .. only works during business hours. Seriously looking into taking my money elsewhere! This bank has really really gone down hill
RecommendedGreat place to do banking. Friendly and helpful staff. I went there to get a home loan and their staff helped make the whole process a breeze
Used to walk in and they knew your name and smile, now they keep their heads down til you walk up to counter and say someone will be with you rather than "She can help you down there". All new staff past year or 2.. apparently all new "policys". Real quick to take your money when they see your trying to get yourself out of a hole after the tornado happened. Don't care about community in general. Terrible place! Bring back your old staff and I'd consider banking here again!
