Great place to live. Great Land Lord and maintenance man. They are on site most of the time. Many times Land Lord or maintenance man are on site separately too. They both have excellent communication skills, and very helpful to residents. Two laundry rooms, one is upstairs and downstairs. Nice community rooms on both floors! The bigger one is downstairs, we use it for social events here, and Bible study is available if you choose to go!
