Went in for the first session and assessment with Ameer. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with his assessment. Took his time to go over all my concerns and recommended specific exercises and moves to target my weaknesses. Excited to start my journey with him :)
I've had the pleasure of working with two physiotherapists at Manor Park across two separate stints, and both experiences have been excellent. Most recently, I came in spring 2026 to work with Heli on a foot and ankle issue that was affecting sports.
