Nicole was an amazing physiotherapist to both me and my daughter. She was very patient and kind, and her jokes would always bring a smile to our faces. She’s very understanding, and I think the treatment we received at this was great. Loved it.
Nicole is great! She prepared for my first treatment by reading the MRI report that I had sent. As such, she was prepared to suggest how we should go forward. While treating my problem seriously and professionally, she can still make jokes and keep things light. Her recommended course of treatment is clearly working. I am lucky to have connected with Nicole and Ottawa Physiotherapy Clinic.

We started to see Nick after my 13 yr old suffered a concussion in hockey. Nick has been fabulous to deal with and so knowledgeable about concussions. He set appropriate goals for him and discussed the pros and cons of returning to contact sports too early. I would highly recommend Nick and this clinic to anyone dealing with concussions or in need of physio.
It is too easy to give this physio clinic a 5 star! Care under Nick Anaya is absolutely fantastic. He takes time to listen fully to the problem, provides solutions that you are able to take and also do own your own ( I never once have felt that his physio care end goal is to keep me in there unnecessarily - which often I have felt at other clinics where you end up feeling like it is a money grab) and you can tell he genuinely cares about positive health outcomes for his clients.
