Chris and his whole team (I think I worked with Chris, Matt, Michael, and Phil throughout the process) are all exceptional. They thoroughly explained the different mortgage products available to me and helped me lock in at a competitive rate. When it came close to my closing date they ensured all required documents made it to my lawyer in a timely manner for a smooth closing. I highly recommend their services!
I was looking for better renewal rates than what my current bank was giving me. It's almost near the end of the process now and I'm very impressed with how easily I was able to sign all necessary documents and everything was properly explained to me. They're very quick too; you will never be left anxiously wondering what's happening or what's the next step.

Chris and his team (Will and Jamie) provided myself and my husband outstanding service when we purchased our new home.
