WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Chris tried to convince me to take out more equity than I was comfortable with. I was clear from the beginning about my limits, yet he still scheduled an appointment with a notary based on an amount I had already said I wasn't willing to borrow. As a result, I had to cancel the appointment because I refused to sign the paperwork. I was then charged for the missed appointment (over $1,200), which I disputed and did not pay.
