I am very disappointed with their rude manager Mr. Danis. He did not even reply when I said "thank you so much, sir" while he was doing an override for me on the credit card machine. Other than that, Ottawa Fastener Supply is the best hardware supplier in Ottawa. It’s my favourite store. Their royal service is even above and beyond the tool trucks.
