Good selection but cashier with the purple hair is just very unpleasant, borderline straight up rude
Was working on my basement home reno project when my off-brand pneumatic nailer jammed...I called the repair dept @ OFS and they said they would take a 'quick look' at it for me. I walked in, they took my unit right away and with 10 minutes I had a diagnosis. Parts are difficult to come by for the brand I was using but because they took me in immediately, I bought a new nailer from them instead! Great customer service a the tool repair desk!

What a brilliant store! 'Big Box' prices with local customer care & professionalism. They even price match if price on item less than on the till! Hard to beat and really not very far from anywhere. What's not to like? 🤷♂️
