I had a bad experience with Douglas Yam recently. He was opposite of a compassionate therapist for me. I found his behavior very haughty and I felt he was judging my decisions when I needed empathy and understanding the most. I also felt that he was mansplaining a lot, which was frustrating and triggering for me in many ways. A waste of time.
