Unsafe boat. Took June 30 2024 evening soca boat cruise 7-11pm. Horrible experience. Staff never spoke about life jackets or safety which is required by law for the safety of guests. Captain hit dock very hard upon returning at 11pm causing everyone on the boat to be shaken. Doors to outside deck were locked for last 20min which felt very unsafe. Overcrowded boat. People smoking weed, hard to get fresh air. Extremely loud SOCA music was unbearable.
It was the Dueling Pianos Cruise the second of two this year. Next year maybe 4 times. A great musical team playing music fro the 60’s on up. We were on the top floor. The advertised canapés were forgotten many times running out on the lower level first Dress up and let loose
Booked the night time cruise for the finale of the Fireworks display and it was a complete disappointment. The viewing location was too far away and the choreographed music was not played or synchronized. It was a lot of money for nothing special, would have been better off watching from the shoreline with a phone streaming the music.
