They told me my $350 booking was non refundable even though I contacted them right after booking. It also isn’t handicap friendly and they have no empathy… it’s “accessible” but not really.
Cam and Ellie were fantastic on the boat tour this evening! It was such a beautiful and relaxing way to experience Ottawa from the water. The 100% electric boat was incredibly quiet and made for an exceptionally smooth, peaceful ride—it really lets you take in the scenery without engine noise. La croisière en soi est agréable, le personnel est courtois et l’ensemble semble sécuritaire. Toutefois, un problème majeur mérite d’être souligné : tous les ponts extérieurs s’apparentent à de véritables fumoirs. Belle croisière sur le canal rideau en bâteau électrique. Moi qui aie généralement mal au coeur en bâteau, celui-ci était génial. C'était doux et calme. Très belles vues jusqu'au lac Dow soit un peu plus de 5 kilomètres de croisière sur le canal. Le guide était très sympathique et faisait le tout en français et anglais. Par contre, comme je suis bilingue, je me suis vite rendue compte que certains pans n'étaient pas traduits ou pas complètement ce qui est dommage.
