Jeff has a fantastic shop here in Ottawa. Whether it’s the latest e-bike technology or classic vintage bikes, he’s got you covered with both sales and service. And you can be comfortable with the routes they recommend. They helped us with a repair on our derailleur (which saved our tour) and with recommendations from routes to restaurants. Jeff provided a shuttle from Ottawa to Council Grove for three of us riding the FHT. Our driver, John, was a great source of information on the trail. Ottawa Bike and Trail is a well stocked, full service bike shop. Highly recommend them.
My son and I bring our bikes here every year for a tune-up and just this week, I had them order me new tires and convert my brakes to hydraulic.
