Great shop and helped me secure another steel rig (Surly Straggler).
I drove about 2 and a half hours to get a specific bike which only they had. When I got there they were incredibly kind and helpful in letting me test drive the bike and pick out some cargo bags to go with it. Unfortunately, and to no fault on their part, the bike had a critical failure the day after I bought it. When I told them, they spent a good portion of their weekend helping me troubleshoot the issue and submitted for a replacement part through the warranty for me. Rented e-bikes and our experience was exceptional. Explained everything very well and just took excellent care of us. Highly recommend for e-bike rentals or just purchasing bikes.
