Recently rented three bikes from Jeff for two days. He was extremely kind and helpful. Very happy with our overall experience, and well as the bikes, and will happily come back!
Jeff provided a shuttle from Ottawa to Council Grove for three of us riding the FHT. Our driver, John, was a great source of information on the trail. Ottawa Bike and Trail is a well stocked, full service bike shop. Highly recommend them.
My son and I bring our bikes here every year for a tune-up and just this week, I had them order me new tires and convert my brakes to hydraulic. Great shop and helped me secure another steel rig (Surly Straggler).
I drove about 2 and a half hours to get a specific bike which only they had. When I got there they were incredibly kind and helpful in letting me test drive the bike and pick out some cargo bags to go with it. Unfortunately, and to no fault on their part, the bike had a critical failure the day after I bought it. When I told them, they spent a good portion of their weekend helping me troubleshoot the issue and submitted for a replacement part through the warranty for me.
